We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our growing team.  Candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, communications, and assisting with strategic planning.

Essential Functions:
 
• Assist the CEO in the preparation of monthly reviews.
• Uses analytical skills to identify trends/concerns as they relate to PharMerica’s strategic objectives.
• Runs ad-hoc reports to support CEO activities.
• Assists the CEO in writing regular communication updates to the business.
• Assists the CEO in executing business objectives, monitor time frames, coordinate stakeholders, and record milestones.
• Help cascade CEO’s direction and message.
• Interprets financial and economic metrics and assesses business impact.
• Reviews financial metrics and makes certain that they align with stated and intended business strategy.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
• Education/ Learning Experience
   • Required: MBA, Finance/Economics focus.
• Work Experience
   • Required: Entry level post-MBA position.
   • Desired: 1-3 years corporate experience.
• Skills/ Knowledge
   • Strong academic background with an emphasis on Finance/Economics.
   • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
   • Strong research skills and the ability to take instruction.
   • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret information and make recommendations.
   • Ability to see broader business consequences of recommendations.
   • Knowledge of PBM desired.
• Behavior Competencies

   • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   • Self-motivated with a knack of knowing what needs to be done.
