Seeking Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Spiral 1 tools experienced Intelligence or operations individuals to support an Intelligence Battle Lab as a place to develop procedures, best practices, and concepts of operations for employment of MDA technologies. These include Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Semantica (Palaemon), MASTER, CMA, MAGNET, SeaPort. The position requires practical knowledge of the MDA Spiral 1 technologies.

Requirements:

• A current SSBI
  
• Experience with MDA Spiral 1 tools (Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Semantica (Palaemon), MASTER, CMA, MAGNET, SeaPort)
  
• Graduated with a B.A. in Business Management or Business Finance with program management and budget management experience OR experience managing operations as a senior enlisted with the equivalency of E-7 or above in one of the four armed services or intelligence community agencies
  
• Understanding of aspects of program management and budget management to include requirements/processes for technology acquisition.
  
• Must have at least 4 years of significant applied leadership experience in methods of research and analysis and use of basic management tools to include MSOffice, data base tools, and maintenance of web-based applications such as Wikipedia
  
• Demonstrated attention to detail, articulate oral and written communcation skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and practical experience in leadership/teambuilding
  
• Ability to provide training aids in PowerPoint, working aids, and program related materials
