About the Job
Brazonics, Inc. has been producing complex Heat Exchangers, Cold Walls, Chassis and Enclosures for the Aerospace and Commercial Markets since 1960. During this time period, Brazonics has evolved from a small, build-to-print Dip Braze facility to a full service Design to Specification Company. Our 41,500 square foot facility in Hampton, NH has been configured for maximum efficiency in the execution of processes. Brazonics is currently searching for the following personnel to complete our workforce: MECHANICAL INSPECTOR BRAZONICS, INC. Candidate works under minimal supervision of the Inspection Supervisor, performing mechanical and visual inspection on a variety of complex machined parts and brazed assemblies to assure compliance with military and customer specifications. Performs 1st piece, in process and final inspections, using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), digital height stands, and a variety of inspection tools. Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to correct process problems, improve quality and reduce costs. High School education or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years experience including the inspection of mechanical assemblies and interpreting Military Specifications. Ability to read blueprints in accordance with ANSIY14.5M Standards. Knowledge of Geometric Tolerancing, along with strong math and communication skills. Must be a team player and computer literate.
