MEDICAL RECORDS - CODER

Job Responsibilities include:  Accurately code ICD-9 and CPT-4 diagnosis and procedures. 

Qualifications include:  2 years of experience coding Medicare hospital inpatient charts, CCS required. RHIA / RHIT a plus.

Skills needed:  Knowledgeable in ICD-9 and CPT per reporting guidelines; medical terminology and anatomy/physiology; 3M Encoder and AS-400.
