Description:
An EXPERIENCED MEDICAL SALES representative in the Central/Eastern PA area. The job requires strong ability to prospect for new leads, qualify opportunities and work directly with doctors in the hospital operating room. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work with Materials Management to close sales. The candidate must have an innate desire to learn technology. We seek a person who is respectful of a relationship with those in our company and with those who use our products and services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be experienced in prospecting and qualifying opportunities for capital equipment and disposable products in hospitals and surgery centers
- Must be experienced moving the sales process from discovery through to P.O. within hospitals. This includes working with Value Analysis committees, GPOs, and Material Management
- Maintain Sales Funnel and opportunities via CRM management tools
- Must be able to demonstrate products in the Operating Room
Additional Qualities
- Respectful, Collaborative and High Integrity
- Strong relationships with Doctors and Operating Room Staff. Anesthesia a plus.
- Ability to sell products on and off of GPO contracts
Compensation Plan
- Salary plus commission
- $40,000 to $50,000 Base Salary
- $0 to 30,000 in Commission
- Paid expenses of up to $750 per month
- Health and Dental for the employee
