AEL a growing clinical laboratory, is seeking a dynamic individual to support our physician office laboratory in Little Rock, AR.  As a Medical Technologist  or Medical Laboratory Technician you will play an integral role in our full-service laboratory as well as a key position in our organization. 

Responsibilities include performing routine testing on clinical samples, analyzing results, assisting in quality control, and ensuring overall laboratory quality.

Applicants should possess a B.S. in Medical Technology or related field and a minimum of 3+ years of laboratory experience.  AAB, AMT or ASCP certification preferred.  MLT with Associate's Degree  laboratory experience considered as well. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined laboratory is preferred.  The ability to organize, plan and implement as well as successfully and professionally communicate with clients and peers is a critical requirement for this position.
