MEP SUPERINTENDENT  - NEW YORK, NY

New York City construction management & general contracting firm is in need of a proven MEP Superintendent with extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection trades. Will have full responsibility in overseeing and coordinating trade contractor work on a variety of construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to understand, monitor and report on trade performance in references to contractual requirements, and ensurecompliance.

-Understand all aspects of construction scheduling and control of the overall project schedule.

- Ability to effectively coordinate, manage and motivate trade contractors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection) as necessary through successful close-out and completion of the project.

-Demonstrated knowledge in trade technical aspects.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

-Successful candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

-5 to 10 years as an MEP Superintendent with either a General or Mechanical Contractor.

-PE License in New York highly desirable.
