· 1-3 years Experience on GaN related wide band-gap material growth by MOCVD and advanced material characterizations such as XRD, PL, and AFM. Hands-on experience on MOCVD reactors maintenances.
· Good interpersonal, analytical skill, and a good team player.
· Understanding of safety, equipment installation and environmental control issues.
