MORTGAGE CLOSER
Currently recruiting for immediate loan processing and closing positions for a mortgage firm located south of downtown Minneapolis.
These roles are long term, temporary positions with the possibility of transitioning to permanent roles with the client company.
Duties:
Receiving and reviewing incoming work,
contacting appropriate resources as needed; entering transactions into CRT/PC, verifying accuracy;
balancing general ledger accounts;
resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records;
preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents.
Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.
Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check
4-6 years mortgage experience
Working hours: 40
