Job Description:
Fraud Investigator Manager/SAR Reporting

Job Purpose:

Support the Manager of the R&W Review and Reporting Function by managing the fraud investigating staff and the development of the processes required to assure a quality standard of training, investigating and reporting of suspicious activity in compliance with BSA/AML requirements. Act as liaison with the BSA/AML and Internal Fraud units.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that the investigative reviews and reporting processes are in compliance with
management and BSA/AML requirements.
Interact with the Project/Data Manager and BSA/AML Unit to develop necessary technical
support, and software to assure the soundness and analytical functionality of the review process
mapping.
Assist with the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures
Manage the daily investigative operations, staff and training necessary to ensure quality
standards and professionalism.
Support management with the proficient ability to provide meaningful data analysis on demand
Interact with Mortgage, Loan Servicing and Appraisal Divisions to ensure their compliance with
SAR alert notifications.
Other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Experience:
Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
Basic:
Bachelors degree or 3 years Mortgage Fraud experience.
3 years experience in SAR or BAS/AML investigation and reporting.

Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in business, math, economics, finance, statistics or equivalent field
5 years experience in SAR and/or BAS/AML investigation and reporting
