Description:
Volt Technical Resources is partnering with a Fast Paced Aircraft Manufacturer to hire MRB Engineers in Charleston, SC

Major Responsibilities

Note: Must have Boeing MRB certification and have taken the Boeing Repair Analysis course.


Aircraft Structure Liaison Engineer that reviews and provides dispositions to discrepant composite and metallic detail part and assembly nonconformances. Familiar with aerospace material review processing and Boeing Document D-13709

Capable of conveying engineering disposition part repair design intent using CATIA V5 graphics systems. Ability to use Enovia and TeamCenter(PDM)product manager systems as well as a variety of MS office and manufacturing execution system (MES) software applications desirable.


Requirements:


Responsibilities: Applicant will be responsible for 787 program structure and/or systems repair creation. Will participate in coordinating with various technical, manufacturing and supplier support functional counterparts as well as FAA Designated Engineering Representatives


Qualifications: Candidate should possess a BSAE, ME or CE and a minimum 5 years of aerospace engineering experience including Boeing MRB-Liaison signature authority experience.

Boeing MRB structural repair analysis course completion will be required to obtain full MRB authority.

Signature authority is granted based on MRB repair course completion, prior experience and varies if experience is design or MRB based.
