To this end, we are currently seeking a skilled Program Consultant (recruiter) to work as a part of our on-site operations team in the Charlotte, NC market with a well respected financial institution. Essential Functions:
- Function as an extension of the client and liaison between client hiring managers and supply base
- Provide advice to the client’s hiring managers in regards to top quality candidates, market rates analysis, and forecast needs
- Manage supplier’s responses and partner with supply base to fill job requirements in timely manner while focusing on quality
- Run daily operational reports to track progress on job openings
- Raise any supplier performance issues to the Program Manager for resolution
- Provide gap analysis to the Program Manager in regards to supplier performance, sourcing issues and client satisfaction
- Drive and manage sourcing for assigned requisitions which includes the following functions:
- > Gather position requirements from the client Hiring Managers, while functioning as a recruiting SME and consultant
- > Manage the input of position requirements into VMS platform (Fieldglass)
- > Distribute the position details to appropriate suppliers (Staffing Vendors) via VMS platform
- > Review and short-list supplier submitted candidates
- > Interview coordination
- > Facilitate calibration calls between Hiring Managers and Suppliers as necessary
- > Manage final rate negotiation
- > Manage contractor onboarding compliance and make sure that all compliance related tasks were met before contractors start
- > Serve as a resource for existing contractors under management
Position Requirements
2-5 years of staffing/recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in the financial services industry highly desirable
Experience delivering recruitment services on-site at a client location highly desirable
Strong recruiting technology (VMS, ATS or HRIS) experience required
Strong organizational/priority management skills required
Strong communication (written/oral) and relationship management skills required
Ability to function within a highly transactional environment required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
