Position entails storm water and wastewater services focusing on maintaining and developing client relationships through meeting with clients, participation in professional organizations.  Experience in preparation of storm water  management plans and storm water utility formation, design of storm water and grant applications for storm water, water quality modeling, design of wastewater and collection system treatment, project management to include scoping, staff management, budgeting, business development.

-Must possess P.E. or ability to obtain in Wi within 6 months

-8 plus years experience

-BS or MS in Civil Engineering
