Production Line - Strapper Machine Operator - E.P. Henry Corporation, a 100-year old, nationally recognized leader in manufacturing architectural unit concrete products is seeking a machine operator for our state of the art facility in Wrightstown, NJ.  In this role you will be responsible for adjusting and operating the strapper equipment.  This is an entry level position and the ideal candidate will have mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
  
• Must have excellent communication skills and must understand and follow directions in English as required by safety and job performance standard. 
  
• Maintain a high degree of safety consciousness - ensure a safe work environment by working safely and, complying with environmental, health and safety standards.
  
• Must be highly motivated.
  
• Must demonstrate a positive and supportive approach with others.
  
• Must be a team player, help, and assist employees as needed.
  
• Must have ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
  
• Must be dependable and be able to maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
  
• Must have the ability to work a overtime and Saturdays as required.
