Qualified candidates will have:

 * Minimum 5 years experience as a Machine Operator in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

 * High School Degree

 * Valid Drivers license required

 * It is required to possess full knowledge of setup/change over of all equipment within the cell/line, and perform them at standard operating rates with minimum downtime.  

 * Along with the operations of the equipment candidates are required to change over Primary/secondary equipment within the cell/line per standard work practices. 

 * Candidate is required to demonstrate full knowledge of process trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, change management procedures, gauging techniques, and perform all quality functionality. 

 * Must understand material scheduling processes, MANMAN reporting, machine scheduling, and manufacturing theories including continuous process improvement. 

 * Operators also need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of safety and environmental policies and procedures and be able to recognize potential safety hazards. 

 * Candidate is required to demonstrate a solid understanding of basic math concepts along with machine design, stage drawings, process troubleshooting, lubrication and hydraulics.
