Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with preference of Master's degree. Must have minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a metals manufacturing environment and experience in lean manufacturing leading Kaizen events. Position is responsible for managing all personnel and operations in the department & driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity. Will lead and/or facilitate Kaizen events within machining department to drive continuous improvement. Must have strong leadership and management skills, analytical ability, good organization and time-management skills.
