Location: NYC
Salary- 65K- 75K
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and maintain computing systems for a Macintosh/ PC Environment
Responsible for maintenance of user hardware and software: implementation, deployment, and upgrading.
Resolve PC and Macintosh network connectivity problems.
Managed OS X server with a raid in a stand-alone environment. In charge of all research and testing for the Macintosh environments.
Hold orientation classes on OS X for new users.
Perform preventative maintenance. .

Design Applications: Adobe Creative Suites; Quark Xpress 6.1 & QLA Server 3.5 along with various plug-in’s and utilities
Office Applications: Office 2003 Professional, Visio, and Project
Server Applications: OS X Server, QLA Server, Delta Rip Server, Blackberry Server, Goodlink, and Nav Console
Operating Systems: OS 9, OS X (10 – 10.4) Microsoft Windows 9X, 2000, XP and Unix
