As a Sous Chef with Maggiano's you'll be expected to:

• Open or Close the kitchen
  
  
• Effectively communicate and connect with staff and guests alike
  
  
• Maintain food quality standards - including consistency and presentation
  
  
• Interview, Train and Develop BOH staff
  
  
• Lead with Passion and by Example
  
  
• Manage production in main/banquet kitchens
  
  
• Maintain all menus and recipes used in the restaurant
