We are currently seeking an outstanding individual to join our maintenance team headquartered in Bridgeton.
Requirements include:
1-3 years job related experience
Basic knowledge of HVAC and boiler systems,
electrical wiring, plumbing or equivalent education
Average knowledge of basic carpentry repairs
Valid drivers license, good driving record
Team player
Effective communication/listening skills
Responsibilities:
Assist with general exterior and interior building maintenance and inspections
Work with service vendors to provide building access where necessary and communicate repair results to Coordinator
Assist with special projects, including branch/department moves, relocations etc.
Obtain repair bids and assists in overseeing the implementation of repairs to VCU.
Assist in maintaining records of performed inspections in each area.
