Our client is currently is
looking to fill multiple Compliance Positions (Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk and
Bank Regulatory). This group helps commercial banks identify, measure, manage
and monitor the market, credit, operational and regulatory risks.

Risk Positions – Assist clients in addressing various credit risk
measurement and management challenges. These also include more strategic
governance issues, portfolio management and reporting and technology and people
processes.

Requirements:

• Must come from Banking/capital
  markets at a commercial bank with a well developed credit risk management
  infrastructure or experience as an advisor to a financial services company.
• Strong analytics and credit
  risk measurement
• Experience at a regulatory
  or rating agency in the areas of credit risk management
• 20-50% travel

Requirements:

• Must have experience in
  treasury and capital markets risk management practices, processes and products
• Knowledge of a brad range of
  treasury instruments and complex financial products including short and medium
  term money market, foreign exchange, and interest rate derivatives used to
  manage risk.
• Knowledge of asset liability
  management, interest rate risk funding and liquidity risk behavioral modeling,
  stress testing an scenario analysis, maturity mismatch prepayment option
  modeling, sedimentation modeling
• 30% travel

Requirements:

• Experience with federal
  banking agency, Federal Reserve, office of the comptroller of the currency,
  office of thrift supervision
• Knowledge of accounting,
  regulatory reporting and bank compliance practices
• 25-40% travel
