Candidate must be able to assume responsibility for day-to-day safe and efficient operation of maintenance for the plant. The person will be responsible for developing and maintaining the preventative, predictive and corrective plant equipment maintenance program.Reviews, approves and prioritize work requests for electric and mechanical repairs including all safety and code requirements.Supervises, coaches, trains and enforce polices and procedures to assigned personnel.Overseeing special project construction or production machinery upgrades. On occasion assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned within scope of capabilities. Candidate should possess Bachelor or Associate Degree in Engineering, Science and Five (5) years of maintenance supervisory experience. Knowledge of maintenance procedures and machinery functions and blueprint and schematic interpretation. Knowledgeable in the troubleshooting of Allen Bradley PLC controls and NUM CNC controllers including Programing skills. Candidate must possess Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and able to plan, organize and implement maintenance projects in a safe and timely way. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Preventive Maintenance Software.
Manufacturing plant environment. Position requires wearing of common protective or safety equipment and working in and administrative capacity at a PC as well as hands-on training or implementation.
