Maintenance Manager

Seeking industrial maintenance manager, food industry preferred. Seeking candidates with strong electrical troubleshooting abilities and capable of reading and programming PLC's. Must have a strong maintenance management background and able to train, coach and develop maintenance talent. Experience implementing PM programs and training. Growing company seeking challenge oriented candidates. Ideal candidate will be skilled in hydraulics, welding techniques, pneumatics and have PLC and VFD knowledge.
Previous Supervisory Experience
5 plus years experience leading a maintenance department
Experience in a food/ beverage environment preferred
Bachelors degree
Budgeting experience
