Maintenance Manager

MetoKote is the world's largest provider of custom coating solutions, serving industry leaders around the globe.

This is a “hands-on” position that supervises a small staff of maintenance technicians to ensure maximum efficiency in the operation of facilities & equipment to achieve up-time goals. Specific duties: develop/maintain preventative maintenance programs; resolve racking & tooling issues; maintain accurate inventory & control parts costs; and train staff & others in safety & skill development.

Requires a 2 year degree program in a technical or industrial maintenance field along with 5+ years of experience (additional experience may substitute for the education).
