The Maintenance Manager will have the opportunity to work on the newest, fastest and most advanced injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment in the world.  Our streamlined management structure eliminates red tape and allows intelligent, hard working leaders the freedom to make and implement decisions that have an immediate impact on the success of our overall business.  The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for building world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams that will keep the equipment in excellent condition, the lines running high efficiencies and will maintain a proper stock of spare parts.

What is required for consideration?

• Bachelors Degree in an applicable discipline
  
• 3 to 5 years of prior experience as a Maintenance Manager
  
• Experience in either an Injection Molding or Blow Molding manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• 5 to 10 years of mechanical, electrical and process experience in blow molding and/or injection molding.
  
• Excellent technical skills
  
• High energy with a very strong sense of urgency
  
• Strong inter-personal skills to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization
