A premier processor of high quality food products is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience managing supervisory level staff or above. Consideration requires a bachelor’s degree and previous managerial experience in a comparable food, meat, poultry, seafood, entree or fully cooked operation. 

Key Deliverables:
- Manage the department supervisors and procedures
- Develop and Coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance programs

- Ensure that maintenance department efforts are coordinated with plant operations
- Manage the departmental budget

- Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and training for growth and advancement
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Be determined, dedicated, confident, and organized
