MAINTENANCE MANAGER-Lanett, AL
Letica Corporation, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our Food Service Packaging division in the Lanett, AL facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all maintenance activities for injection molding, paper cup forming, and print operations
- Maintain and troubleshoot all injection molding machines (500-700 ton)
- Create and follow a preventative maintenance program
- Train and manage staff of 4-6 employees
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with plastic injection molding equipment
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge with electrical, hydraulic, and injection molding machines
- Have experience with 500-700 ton injection molding machines
- Have strong PLC skills
- Be able to train others and be a strong injection molding technician
- Prefer Lean/Six Sigma experience
