We need a maintenance manager who is a leader with the following: - Bachelor’s degree preferred. May consider experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong electrically/electronically; must know PLC’s and controls
- 8+ years’ experience preferred, including 5+ supervisory experience
- Must be able to lead, grow and develop an experienced maintenance staff and foster teamwork with production department
- 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc., experience is a plus
- Experience with OEE, Computerized Maintenance Management Software, and TPM is a plus
- PET experience is a plus
- Aggressive, pro-active style
