Maintenance Manager


 


Position Summary:  The Maintenance Manager will direct, manage and coordinate all equipment and facility maintenance activities, and has responsibility for the safety, productivity and quality of maintenance operations. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills are crucial in driving sustainable development of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs.


 


Education, Certificates and Licenses:



Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other appropriate degree with related experience in maintenance management.


 


Experience:




    • 5-10 years maintenance management experience required.
    • Background in chemical, paper mill, power plant or refining operations maintenance is required.
    • Extensive reliability experience with practical application of RCM, TPM, PM, and PdM programs are required.
    • Demonstrated world class RCM management experience on the following key performance indicators is essential:

      •  Equipment Uptime
      • Spares Optimization
      • Planned Work
      • PM Achievement Rate
      • Optimum MTBF
      • Maintenance Cost / Unit

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead non-direct reports
    • Demonstrated ability in using MS Office suite
    • Demonstrated ability to identify technician skill-set gaps, outline training paths, and execute accountability based developmental plans

 





Purchasing Manager


 


Position Summary:  The Purchasing Manager will manage the activities of the purchasing and inventory control departments and purchase supplies and materials at the optimal price and delivery cycle while maintaining lowest possible inventory levels.  The Purchasing Manager is a key member of the management team and is responsible for developing and promoting the team environment. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for all plant purchasing activities including maintenance parts and supplies, storeroom inventory, raw and supplemental materials, and capital equipment purchases.   The primary focus should be to maximize production capability and efficiency through effective procurement processes.


 


Education, Certificates and Licenses:



Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operators or other appropriate degree with related experience in purchasing and warehouse management.  


Experience:



  • 5 plus years of experience in a Purchasing and Inventory Manager role
  • 5 plus years of experience in operations and supply chain functions
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Excellent team-building and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have ability to work well with personnel at all levels.
  • Must demonstrate customer and team focus.

Plant Controller


 


Position Summary:  The Plant Controller provides leadership and coordination of the finance and accounting function. The Plant Controller is a key member of the plant management team, is responsible for developing and promoting the team environment, and responsible for multiple facets of plant accounting, including supervision of staff, responsibility of preparation of monthly operational financials, preparation of quarterly and annual plant financial reporting package, including presentation to ACS Management, actual vs. budget variance analysis, etc. 


 


Education, Certificates and Licenses:


·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field


·         CPA/MBA preferred


Experience:


·        Minimum of five (5) years of relevant controller experience in a plant or manufacturing environment required


·        Cost accounting experience required


·        Prior management/supervisory and controllership experience required.


 


Computer Skills:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and demonstrated ability to learn other software as necessary.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains.  Experience with Replicon a plus. 



 

 



 


HR Manager


 


Position Summary:  The RREP Human Resource Manger provides leadership and coordination of the Human Resource function. The HR Manager is a key member of the management team, is responsible for developing and promoting the team environment.  The HR Manager will provide generalist support which includes serving as an employee advocate, functional expert, change agent and business partner.  Role of as a business partner will consist of aligning the right solutions, ideas, skills and people with the needs of the business.  This position is also responsible for implementing Company human resource policies, procedures, strategy and programs compliant with legal requirements. Advises executives, directors and managers on Company human resource policies and procedures.


 


Education, Certificates and Licenses:


·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development or a related field


·        Current PHR certification (or equivalent education and experience) required. SPHR certification preferred


Experience:


·        Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive human resources experience in a plant or manufacturing environment required


·        Health and safety management experience a plus.


 





 


 


Electrical & Instrument (E&I) Technician


 


Position Summary:  The Electrical & Instrument (E&I) Technician will be responsible for proper operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and tuning of the plant's instrumentation and electrical equipment. Applies broad and advanced knowledge of electrical and instrumentation work methods, standards, techniques, predictive maintenance and problem solving to achieve high plant availability, reliability, and work efficiency.


 


 


Education, Certificates and Licenses:


·         High School diploma or equivalent.


·        Associate's or technical degree, or equivalent work experience.


 


Experience:


·        5 years related industrial technician experience with plant electrical knowledge (up to 13.8 KV) and experience in installation according to code.


·        A thorough understanding of process instrumentation, transmitters (smart & otherwise), PLC's, Drives, and electronic equipment is required.


·        Experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMs) and DCS is a plus.

  • Entering confined spaces
  • Wearing a dust respirator and other personal protective equipment

·         Technical College degree preferred.


 


Experience:


·        5 years of plant mechanical maintenance experience.
