We are growing in NJ and we have immediate opportunities for individuals with experience in residential property maintenance to join our Maintenance team in supporting our luxury rental communities located in the Secaucus/Lyndhurst, NJ areas. 

MAINTENANCE MANAGERS

Needed to build team and perform daily building maintenance/operations and ensure timely completion in filling resident work requests, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs and other duties that require physical effort.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Current/valid driver's license; 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of apartment maintenance and overall building trades, including plumbing and HVAC (chillers and boilers)
• Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in busy, time-sensitive environment;
• HS diploma or equivalent MANDATORY; 
• Previous supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
