Maintenance Mechanic - (2) - 2nd / 3rd Shift
About the Job
Growing manufacturer of high volume items for original equipment manufacturers- Automotive, Consumer Products, etc. Company has been able to maintain a stable level of production due to an expanding client base. RESPONSIBILITIES: Following the guidelines of the established comprehensive Preventative Maintenance plan, maintain production machines as well as the central HVAC system, material handling systems, process water capture / discharge. Continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment for downtime reduction. REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in Engineering preferred, but equivalent military or apprentice, Hard Knocks training will work. Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, servo drives, power distribution, and man machine interface. Best candidates will come from high volume process / assembling like batteries, food processing, plastic molding, or consumer products. Best candidates will have proven record of being able to function without close supervision. Relocation has not been budgeted for these positions. Sorry but our client will not VISA sponsor.
