Maintenance Millwright & Electronics Technician
Maintenance Millwright Responsibilities: · Install, maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems · Install, maintain and repair power transmissions · Repair and maintain cranes · Install, maintain and repair equipment (Productive and Non-productive) · Perform basic operations on HBM's, VBM's, drill presses, small lathes and surface grinders including machines with CNC controls · Perform welding, brazing, gas-cutting soldering and silver soldering · Perform monthly checks of fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, etc. · Utilize Fork truck to handle waste oil/coolant, empty scowls, etc. Requirements: · Be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift · Blue Print Reading experience · Maintain an organized and safe workstation · Be highly motivated and willing to learn · Work as a team player in a manufacturing environment, with minimal supervision · State Approved Journeyman papers preferred · Must have a valid driver's license to take and pick up company vehicles for repair and inspection Electronics Technician
Responsibilities:
· Repair and Maintain Cranes
· Install, maintain and repair equipment (Productive and Non-productive)
· Install, maintain and repair electronic equipment (Productive and Non-productive)
· Maintain, troubleshoot and repair CNC controls
· Maintain, troubleshoot and repair lighting
· Utilize Fork truck to handle waste oil/coolant, empty scowls, etc.
Requirements:
· Be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift
· Blue Print Reading experience
· Maintain an organized and safe workstation
· Be highly motivated and willing to learn
· Work as a team player in a manufacturing environment, with minimal supervision
· State Approved Journeyman papers preferred
· Must have a valid driver's license to take and pick up company vehicles for repair and inspection
