Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking to hire a third shift maintenance technician for our Elmhurst facility. This is an in-house position and does not require any travel. The company supplies mechanic’s tools.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various electrical and mechanical systems and components in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Responsibilities range from completing scheduled preventative maintenance checks to performing immediate in-field repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems such as conveyors, HVAC systems, and building automation systems. A high school education is required, and technical certification is a plus. Strong communication skills, welding experience, and familiarity with PLC logic are also necessary.
