    The Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor has full responsibility for all maintenance functions within the facility during his/her shift.
    MAIN DUTIES:
    • Assign maintenance technicians to various tasks according to the level of support required.
    • Assess maintenance staff skill-base and ensure that personnel are properly trained for the assigned tasks.
    • Maintain a system of preventative maintenance for all equipment.
    • Ensure PM’s are completed as scheduled.
    • Responsible for equipment downtime.
    • Perform root cause analysis for equipment failure.
    • Support production schedule with adequate maintenance coverage capable of responding to immediate needs.
    • Supervise employee performance issues and work schedules.
    • Ensure compliance to Company policies and support of the plant goals.
    • Other duties and/or projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications


    EDUCATION:
    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.

    EXPERIENCE:
    • At least 7-10 years work experience in a maintenance capacity - food processing facility preferred.
    • At least 5 years experience in a leadership capacity in a maintenance environment.
