National Food manufacturer is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for their Iowa facility with the listed experience and skill sets. This position is open due to promotion of the current employee.  This is a night shift position. Company has an excellent reputation and offers compensation, benefits and relocation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years experience in a USDA, FDA or AIB manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with a proven record of performance and success
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Experience with managing a fast paced high speed manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GMP's, HACCP, USDA, FDA and/or AIB very beneficial
• Must be willing to work night shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily maintenance and work activity of an hourly team of 15 mechanics
  
• Coaching and development of employees promoting team work
• Ensure compliance of safety, quality and sanitation requirements
• Manage employee issues and resolve conflicts
