IntegraCare, manager of Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care Communities, is looking for a hard working, dedicated and professional maintenance professional to manage the Environmental Services Department for one of our premier Assisted Living & Memory Care communities, Magnolias of Chambersburg.

Duties include: hands-on maintenance of building interior, community grounds and equipment; negotiate & coordinate with outside vendors; complete preventative maintenance and repairs; and complete commercial housekeeping tasks. Position involves working hands-on maintenance approximately 80% of the time.

Qualifications: 4 years maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity, valid PA driver’s license with clean driving record, electronics troubleshooting skills, and commercial laundry/housekeeping experience. HVAC certificate preferred.
