·         Insures execution of Preventive Maintenance Program in accordance with the company policy.  During the daily routines, must implement decisions through subordinates to solve mechanical and or electrical problems. 

·         Communicates with production and sanitation supervisors on problem areas at level of authority while insuring that all Maintenance employees work safely.

·         Keeps and maintains the equipment break down to a minimum.  The preventive maintenance activities must be addressed to perform corrective maintenance efficiently, as well as to establish preventive maintenance tasks.

·         Expedite assignment of work to maintenance employees and monitor performance.   

·         Performs other activities related as assigned by Manager.
