The individual we seek will have a specific background to be considered. Please reply if you do meet the following minimum requirements:
1. 5 Years Minimum in a Supervisory or Management role with demonstrated leadership achievements.
2. 5+ years refractory/furnace, endothermic gas furnace experience, batch and belt lines.
3. Preventative/Predictive maintenance expertise and root cause analysis
4. Heat Treat Expertise and secondary operations.
5. Maintenance Budget Development and management.
6. Experience in Welding, Fabrication and Furnace Controls.
The selected individual will be responsible for Building and Operational Maintenance including Facilities, Annealing Equipment, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Continuous Conveyor systems, induction scanning, induction heat furnaces, building firebrick linings or other surface linings with refractory materials, cut and replace brick to size, determine materials usage, examine brick interiors, identify burned or damaged brick, level, align and embed in mortar, mix mortar and slurry, mix specified materials to form refractory mixture, patch, repair, reline, rebuild firebrick linings or surface linings with refractory materials.
The Supervisor will be responsible for repair, assembly, disassembly, brazing, soldering, welding, installing equipment, maintaining, adjusting or lubricating machinery, troubleshooting to locate, identify, diagnose, test and repair equipment.
The Maintenance Supervisor will work to maintain and improve the preventative/predictive maintenance program, read blueprints and diagrams/schematics for engineering specifications, set and maintain preventative maintenance schedules on set intervals, and to maintain the tool shop maintenance.
The role will require the Maintenance Supervisor to mentor and create a team environment within the operation and Maintenance Department.
