General Responsibilities and Function: Trouble-shooting and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems along with performing all PM’s on machines.
Reports to: See Organizational Chart
Coordinates with: All Departments
Repair of machine’s and building’s electrical and mechanical systems.
Perform PM’s on all machines per schedules if required
Install new machinery per layouts.
Complete all reports as required.
Prepare parts list for ordering and submit to supervisor
Travel to multiple plants may be required
Reporting of any safety violations or safety concerns
Qualification Requirements: Ability to carry out instructions with minimal supervision. Good overall attendance and reliability and dependability. Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, fanuc robotics and PLC programing. Good trouble-shooting skills. Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints. Experience with CNC equipment.
