Maintenance Technician
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician with a proven work history for the College Park, Georgia area. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years experience in HVAC and plumbing with an energetic, enthusiastic, and results oriented attitude. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is required. HVAC certification is preferred. The position will require make ready work, plumbing, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance. Education level should be high school or equivalent. Career level is experienced. Supervisory skills a plus! Bilingual a plus!
