Our Maintenance professionals are the glue that holds our apartment communities together. They are responsible for making sure the property is properly maintained and that our residents’ needs are met in a timely manner.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Norris Hills community. The Maintenance Technician will perform all routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the property, as well as preparing apartment homes for occupancy and making necessary repairs to occupied apartment homes. The position requires 2 or more years of experience in electrical, carpentry, drywall, repairs and installation of flooring, and plumbing. HVAC experience a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop a rapport with the residents and co-workers are essential. Evening, weekend and on call duties are requirements for this position.
