Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 10 years experience in shop or production floor environment with an excellent safety record. The ideal candidate would have experience in Electro/Mechanical-certification preferred.
* The maintenance technician is responsible to safely assist in the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department.
* This involves performing periodic inspections of equipment and machinery as required and carrying out repairs and maintenance of the building, equipment, and machinery.
* This position will perform preventative maintenance and assist with the preventative maintenance performed by others.
* Position reports to the Plant Engineer.
This is a second shift position. Monday thru Friday.
Salary $18-20 p/h with an excellent benefits package.
