Maintenance Technician

About the Job

The technical Maintenance associate is responsible for

1.  Performing Preventive Maintenance work assignments to equipment and facilities
2.  Completing assigned work orders
3.  Working as part of a team to solve problems with equipment and tooling
4.  Record keeping with respect to quality, productivity, downtime and continuous improvement activities
5.  Performing maintenance on all types of repairs to fork trucks, lifts, scrubbers and any other equipment used in  the plant
6.  Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement programs using team orientation skills
7.  Ability to maintain the highest level of Safety, housekeeping, productivity and quality with minimal supervision
8.  Maintaining and repairing all building management systems

Job Requirements:
3-5 years electrical and/or mechanical experience
Allen Bradley PLCs, SLC500 & PLC5
Basic robotics and advance program software
Knowledge of transfer presses
Knowledge of overhead cranes
AC and DC servo drives
All types of resistance welding and robotic arc welding
