Linc Facility Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician in the North Jersey / Suffern, NY / Spring Valley, NY areas.   

Job Description:

Be part of the maintenance Team maintaining the HVAC systems at a corporate headquarter facility.  Technician will be responsible for maintenance and operation of HVAC system controls, air handlers, split and DX units, dehumidifiers, Chillers in both the environmental and process systems. Technician will be part of team that maintains and operates plant utilities and facilities chilled water systems, boilers, variable volume air systems, DDC controls, refrigeration equipment and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in such manner as to ensure optimal customer relations. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• GED, Universal refrigeration license, 2 years commercial or industrial HVAC experience. 
  
• Knowledge of the equipment, tools and materials used in building maintenance.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision 

Supplemental desirable experiences:

• Knowledge of steam systems used in HVAC
  
• Operation and maintenance in mechanical chillers and absorption chillers is a plus.
  
• Knowledgeable in PLC and controls is a plus.
