Our National Security Global Business is currently seeking a Maintenance-Training Specialist. This position is located in San Diego, California. Battelle Dahlgren is seeking a maintenance/Training Analyst for full time work in San Diego, CA to support the Navy and Joint chem-bio detection program. The focus of this program is the acquisition, logistics, and maintenance of chem-bio detection systems for the Fleet and ashore. The Maintenance/Training Analyst is responsible for: 1) performing as a maintenance lead for repair of Navy CBRNE equipment deployed on Navy vessels; 2) supporting the Navy PM with managing a Navy level 1 repair facility; and 3) developing options for training solutions and providing instruction of Navy CBRNE systems on various platforms.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
20 years Navy experience.
Navy training experience in curriculum development, to include instructor lead training
Technical operator/maintenance training experience with complex electronic equipment
Understanding of Navy training organizational structure, specifically Center for Naval Engineering (CNE) and associated training organizations.
Exceptional oral and communication skills.
Work in a team environment
Quick responsiveness to urgent taskings
Flexibility to reassess and reprioritize activities
Ability to obtain Secret clearance

THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
Navy electronic technical manual development experience, to include multi-media development
Navy integrated learning environment
Ability to build consensus with Navy experts
Experience working complex, multi-faceted, time urgent projects
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks resulting in delivery of quality products.
