Maintenance Worker Industrial

Requirements Primary Responsibilities:
Assess problems and perform maintenance and repair of pumps, air compressors, boilers, air conditioning systems, water systems and general plant equipment. Perform general plumbing, welding and fabrication as needed. Rebuild equipment as required. Occasional training of other employees. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Be an experienced Journeyman or have equivalent background showing aptitude in electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and mechanical repair. Able to perform good troubleshooting when making line calls, including assessing and correcting problems accurately and quickly in order to maintain quality and high volume production. Have experience in the repair and maintenance of a feed manufacturing processing plant to include: Pumps, air compressors, air conditioning systems, boilers, buildings and grounds. Experience with various welding techniques. General fabrication experience helpful. Experience in the use of welders, pipe threaders and other construction tools.
Education:
Industrial mechanical classes and education will be helpful in this position.
