Manage top tier service clients, build strong relationships, manage renewal risk, and expand contract revenue. Serve as a company liaison between the client and the Service Manager. Responsible for field level client liaison and problem solving.
Task and responsibilities include:
1.Actively manage the warranty contract conversion process and up-sell coverage on non Red Hawk Equipment.
2.Survey covered locations annually for contract accuracy.
3.Write additional coverage to equipment that was added over the course of the year.
4.Manage contract re-writes and renewals.
5.Negotiate multi-year contracts.
6.Manage renewal contract price escalation.
7.Grow Account base
8.Conduct quarterly review meetings with client to ensure expectations are being met; invoicing issues are resolved etc. demonstrating Red Hawk value to further solidify the partnership.
4 year degree in Business, Engineering or other related field, or equivalent.
Proven ability in exceeding assigned quotas.
Strong Cold Calling skills.
Relationship based sales professional who has proven experience growing a territory through establishing customer relationships.
Strong leadership ability.
Impeccable ethics and integrity.
Expertise with, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Detail oriented, demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
