T-Mobile's Business Sales organization is expanding and seeking a qualified Major Account Executive to develop relationships and drive business in new accounts. Our Mid-Market Accounts team implements solution-based sales strategies and uncovers new business opportunities within accounts based in the market. In addition to selling T-Mobile's existing wireless voice and data solutions, the Major Account Executive will help launch a new array of fixed-mobile convergence solutions in the market.

Our Major Account Executives are self-motivated and entrepreneurial. With T-Mobile's training and support you will have the resources you need to do your job well. In this role, you will develop new business by prospecting daily. As you develop your account module, you will help your customers with strategic direction on mobility solutions, deployment planning and cost analysis. One of your goals will be to sign customers on to our national corporate contract, while reaching new heights in the areas of customer base growth, customer service, satisfaction and loyalty. RESPONSIBILITIES
*Grow specific and defined vertical markets
*Target the employees of key accounts/opportunities with an employee benefit program
*Focus on strategic selling, fixed-mobile convergence, and third party mobility solutions
*Partner with the Account Executives on their larger, more strategic sales opportunities
*Team with our internal partners to touch new grounds in wireless sales
*Daily cold calling
*Professional networking
*Skillfully closing sales
*Creating winning proposals
*Provide excellent customer service
*2+ years selling to C level prospects
*Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
*Bachelors degree strongly preferred
*Strong executive contacts within mid-market accounts
*Demonstrated history of sales achievements
*2 + years Business to Business sales experience
*Wireless, telecom or technology industry experience (preferred)
*Highly motivated by an aggressive compensation plan
*Good listening skills
*Sharp presentation and written communication skills
*Sales skill necessary to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
*Entrepreneurial spirit
*Serious work ethic
*Ability to work in the field up to 90% of the time within your local geographic territory
