Due to this continued growth, LSI is hiring a Major Accounts Sales Executive (SE) for their Major Accounts team, a group that identifies and pursues small to mid-size companies as sellers/clients on a B2B auction marketplace platform. The successful candidate will be professional, goal-oriented, articulate, possess excellent phone skills and have a passion for sales. SEs will contact (using telephone, email, direct mail) a targeted pool of prospects and current clients to facilitate online B2B auctions.  This position is responsible for driving $3-5MM in annual revenue in an outbound business-to-business environment.  


 


The position requires strong verbal and written communication, assertiveness, active listening skills, and persuasiveness. Basic computer skills are required for efficient documentation and research.                


 


Responsibilities


·        Develop business by cold calling new and existing leads


·        Qualify new sellers by evaluating their offerings against market needs


·        Manage existing accounts by consistent communication utilizing customer service skills


·        Manage all related issues pertaining to customer satisfaction (buyer relations, disputes, product location, etc).


 


Qualifications


 


·        Bachelors degree


·        Proven sales experience with proven record of achieving sustained sales targets


·        A track record of initiative, creativity and motivation


·        Strong interpersonal skills


·        Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly  with an executive over the telephone


·        Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in highly flexible, rapidly changing, ambiguous work environment


·        Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail


·        Desire to lead sales for a high-growth, global company


·        Exercises positive and cooperative behavior that promotes teamwork
