Major Gifts Officer

This position actively participates in identifying, cultivating, and soliciting donors and prospects for major gifts. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a non-profit fund development setting and proven experience in the acquisition of major gifts, as well as working with Board-level volunteers and donors; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills; must possess sound judgment, customer service/donor skills, and the ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.
