Management Analyst

 

Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer/Senior Vice President for Nursing.  The selected candidate will have exceptional project management skills and a very high capability of multi-tasking. This position requires strong initiative and attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

·         Screen mail, distribute as appropriate, initiate, draft and prepare final copy of correspondence.          

·         Review outgoing material for completeness, appropriate format and accuracy.

·         Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with Trustees, donors, prospects, faculty and leadership.  Maintain the calendar for the Senior Vice President

·         Prepare agendas, documentation and presentation materials and attend meetings as required.

·         50% coordinate projects at the request of the Sr. Vice President.

·         Gather data and maintain records on special fundraising efforts and gifts.

·         Screen phone calls for the Senior Vice President. This includes frequent interaction with all levels of management, donors and Board members and their support staff.

·         Update information on the development office database as requested

·         Maintain organization chart

·         Typing, filing, photocopying and faxing.

·         All other duties as required.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

·         Bachelor's degree preferred

·         Minimum of five years of administrative experience, with related experience preferred.

·         Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and presentation software programs and  ability to learn other computer applications easily

·         Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information and material appropriately.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·         Attention to detail, self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

·         Strong interpersonal skills, including sensitivity, tact and diplomacy, for effective interaction with donors, prospects, Trustees, executives, department directors, physicians and colleagues

·         Ability to work as part of a team as well as to take individual initiative

·         Ability to honor confidentiality

·         Experience in health care preferred

·         Stable work history is mandatory
